I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years. I began my career in Louisiana with 760 hours of training and relocated to Texas in 2006 to continue my career in massage therapy.

I specialize in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage and genuinely enjoy helping clients work through everything from daily aches and tension to more complex injuries. Whether it’s improving mobility, recovering from strain, or simply feeling more at home in your body, I’m passionate about helping people keep moving so they can keep doing the things they love.

I opened this business to create a space where both clients and therapists feel supported, respected, and truly cared for. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m proud of what we’ve built here—one session and one relationship at a time.
